College and Career Transitions (CCT)

The 鉴黄师app College and Career Transition (CCT) Staff assists high school juniors, seniors, or specified popu鈥媗ations, with post-secondary options. The CCT staff also assists students who are accepted to 鉴黄师app during their first year of college.

High school students and families can get assistance through CCT staff with:

  • College and career exploration
  • Visiting campus and selecting a college or apprenticeship
  • Applying to a college or for an apprenticeship
  • Assistance with financial aid for college
